Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased with a discount during promotions.
No returns or exchanges accepted for swimwear, Accessories including watches, bags, belts, hats and eyewear.
Order cannot be cancelled once you have checked out.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Before returning an item please email: email@example.com with your order number and you will be issued with a return authority number.
Do not return your purchase without contacting us first. Returns will not be accepted after the 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Before returning your purchase, please make sure it is new, unused and with all original packaging and tickets attached. Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months after the date of issue. Credit notes can be redeemed on full price clothing only.
In Store Pick-Up
We have an In-store Pick-Up service available for customers. Simply select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be presented at time of purchase to redeem. We take no responsibility for lost vouchers.
