Online - We offer an exchange, credit note or refund less postage charges on full price items only. No returns accepted on discounted items. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. If your return has not been sent to us during this time your RA will be void will not be accepted after this. You will need to organise and pay postage for your return. Garments must be in a saleable condition, i.e., clean, tags attached, in original condition and packaging. Any garment that does not have the original tag, has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on lifestyle / home items, accessories including jewellery, bags & sunglasses.
We do not refund any purchases made using Afterpay or Zip.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes purchases made with a promotional / welcome discount, credit notes & gift vouchers.
Exchange - for equal or more value on full price items only. If we cannot provide you with an exchange on the same item you will be provided with a store credit.
Credit Note - valid for 3 months after the date of issue. Credit notes can be redeemed on full price clothing only.
Refund - If you meet the above returns policy, we are able to issue you with a refund. No refunds are given for any sale items which includes purchases made with a promotional discount, credit notes & gift vouchers. Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping with your order, including circumstances where we cannot fulfil an exchange for you.
Pre-orders - For any purchases made on Pre-order items both in store & Online we will offer an exchange or credit note. There are no refunds given for change of mind or incorrect size chosen.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Before returning an item please make sure you have read the returns policy. If you meet and accept the returns policy you are welcome to email us at - email@example.com with your order number, name and let us know how you would like to proceed with your return. You will be issued with an RA number that is valid for 7 days. Please make sure your items are new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels. Postage is at your own cost. We suggest you use a registered and trackable parcel service.
In Store - With purchases made in-store, we do not offer refunds on items due to change of mind. We will offer you an exchange or credit note on full price items within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on purchases made with Afterpay in store. You have the opportunity to try on garments in store to make sure they fit and you are happy with them.
In Store Pick-Up
We have an In-store Pick-Up service available for customers. Simply select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be presented in store at time of purchase to redeem. We take no responsibility for lost vouchers.
