Returns Policy

Online - We will happily accept returns on orders purchased at full price. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes purchases made with a promotional / welcome discount, credit notes & gift vouchers. You are required to be in contact with us and have posted your order back to the store within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to organise and pay postage for your return. Garments must be in saleable condition with tags attached, clean and in original condition and packaging. Any garment that does not have the original tag, has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on accessories including jewellery, sunglasses & lifestyle products. 

Exchange & Credit Notes - If you meet the above returns policy, we are able to issue you with an exchange or credit note, less postage charges for equal or more value on full price items. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and must redeemed on full price clothing. Credit note must be used in full. 

Refund - If you meet the above returns policy, we are able to issue you with a refund for purchases made on full price items - no refunds are given for any sale items which includes purchases made with a promotional / welcome discount, credit notes & gift vouchers. We do not refund any purchases made using Afterpay. Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking and processing fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping with your order. 

Pre-orders - For any purchases made on Pre-order items both in store & Online we will offer an exchange or credit note. There are no refunds given for change of mind or incorrect size chosen. 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Before returning an item please make sure you have read the returns policy. You must be in contact with us and have posted your order back to the store within 5 days of receiving your order. If you meet and accept the returns policy you are welcome to email us at info@editedandco.com with your order number and let us know how you would like to proceed with your return. If you are approved for a return you will be issued with a returns number and paperwork to print off and include in your parcel. Please make sure your items are new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy. You will need to organise and pay postage for your return. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged return parcels. We suggest you use a registered and trackable parcel service.

In Store - With purchases made in-store, we do not offer refunds on items due to change of mind. We will offer you an exchange or credit note on full price items within 5 days of purchase. Garments must be in a saleable condition, i.e., clean, tags attached, in original condition and packaging. Any item that does not have the original tag, has been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on lifestyle / home items, accessories including jewellery, bags & sunglasses.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from date of issue and must be used on full price items. Credit notes must be used in full. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes purchases made with a promotional / loyalty discount, credit notes & gift vouchers.

We do not accept returns on purchases made with Afterpay in store. You have the opportunity to try on garments in store to make sure they fit and you are happy with them.

In Store Pick-Up

We have an In-store Pick-Up service available for customers. Simply select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be presented in store at time of purchase to redeem. We take no responsibility for lost vouchers.
