RETURN POLICY

If your purchase is not right we can offer you an exchange or credit note less your postage charge. Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

No refunds given for change of mind purchases, including incorrect size chosen or incorrect colour chosen. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchase is final for swimwear, Accessories including watches, bags, belts and eyewear. No returns or exchanges accepted.

Afterpay - No refunds are given for Afterpay purchases. No refund given for change of mind, incorrect colour or size chosen. We offer an exchange only on Afterpay purchases for equal or more value less your postage charge.

Order cannot be cancelled once you have checked out.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Before returning your order, please make sure the items are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tickets attached. Returns will not be accepted if they don’t meet our returns policy. 

Return shipping must be pre-paid and a trackable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

EXCHANGE / CREDIT NOTE

Exchange for equal or more value on full price items only. Additional postage charges to be paid by customer. 

Credit notes are valid for 3 months after the date of issue. Credit notes can be redeemed on full price clothing only. Not to be used on Aesop, eyewear and accessories including watches. 

Swimwear Accessories & Eyewear

Purchase is final for swimwear, Accessories including watches, bags, belts and eyewear. No returns or exchanges accepted.

Sale items

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty goods

Items that are deemed faulty will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment. If you have received an order that you believe has been damaged, you must contact customersupport@editedandco.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and provide photos of the damaged items. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

In Store Pick-Up

For your convenience, we have an In-store Pick-Up service available. Simply select this option at the checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready to collect. You have 5 days to exchange your purchase for change of mind from the date of purchase.

Afterpay in-store purchases:

Any purchases made in store using Afterpay as a payment method instead of our layby system can not be returned for a refund, exchange or credit. Sale is final.

In store purchases

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. We will provide an exchange or credit note within 5 days of the purchase date. Returns after 5 days will not be accepted. Items must be in a saleable condition, unworn, in their original packaging with all tags still in intact.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be presented at time of purchase to redeem. We take no responsibility for lost vouchers. 

Layby

We offer a 4 week layby with a 50% deposit taken at the time of purchase. Your lay-by deposit will be no-refundable or transferable for any other purchase if the layby is cancelled within this time. An overdue layby will incur the full amount non-refundable if cancelled. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that have been on lay-by.
